On September 8th, 2016; Joe Scalmanini (posthumously) and Tom Elson of LSCE, along with Downey Brand’s Kevin O’Brien and Meredith Nikkel are being honored by the University for the long-running UC Davis extension class, “Water Law and Hydrology” that is taught every spring.
