Over forty years of experience in groundwater development including well design, construction, operation, and management in California, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, and Washington. Consulting services in groundwater development and management encompassing well design, aquifer analysis, well efficiency and well utilization; design and construction of environmentally controlled water systems for frost protection, cooling, and irrigation; design and construction of pumping stations from wells, rivers and reservoirs; in all of the Western United States and in the countries of Ecuador, Venezuela, India, and Japan. In addition, consulting studies conducted within the United States on projects in Iran and Lybia.

Assessments of groundwater resources and implementation of groundwater management programs in various areas of California; groundwater development and management encompassing well design, construction, operation, and maintenance; investigation and identification of groundwater contamination; groundwater monitoring as part of basin management and as part of groundwater contamination investigations; artificial groundwater recharge facilities and practices; injection of industrial waste water; utilization of brackish ground water for industrial cooling application; development of saline groundwater for mineral extraction. Industrial design, construction and operation of secondary oil recovery systems involving water and steam processing, injection and recovery in various oil fields in California.
